INTRODUCTION
The Big Bash League (BBL) is one of the premier professional Twenty20 cricket leagues in the world. Founded in 2011 by Cricket Australia, it is modeled after the Indian Premier League (IPL) and showcases some of the most exciting cricketing talent from Australia and around the globe.
The Big Bash League (BBL) 2024-25 season is set to run from December 15, 2024, to January 27, 2025. The Perth Scorchers are the most successful team in BBL history, having won multiple titles.
